Rafał Kerger

Economic and local government journalist, creator and long-standing editor-in-chief of PortalSamorzadowy.pl and PulsHR.pl, as well as wnp.pl. For 15 years associated with the European Economic Congress in Katowice, where he was responsible, among others, for the preparation of the programme, debates and promotion strategy. Initiator of the Top Municipal Investment and Local Government Person of the Term competitions. Previously, he published, among others, in Puls Biznesu; Wirtualna Polska, Money.pl, Forbes and Press. He lectured at the Cracow University of Economics.
